Hey everyone!  I will be giving a presentation about my ranchu hobby at the West Coast Goldfishpalooza in San Jose next month!  I am really looking forward to meeting many passionate and dedicated goldfish keepers and talking about goldfish all weekend!  I hope you can join us!

Reflecting on 2018

With fall temperatures beginning to set in I have been thinking about what an amazing year it has been!

First Spawn of 2017!

Well, these first two spawns turned out to be junk.  The actual start of the breeding season was 4-29-17 and I took my last batch of eggs on 5-20-17.  There are a total of 11 spawns that I'm currently growing, some very large and some small spawns.  Overall the quality I'm seeing is very good!  Baby ranchu will be available soon.  I hope you've been following all the action on Instagram @j.thompson.ranchu
