at your local UPS distribution center is available & recommended
during hot weather. Please provide the address of your UPS Distribution
Center (Customer Care center) as the shipping address. I will also
need your phone number to include on the label. The Distribution Center
will call you in the morning when the box is ready. You will need a
photo ID to pick up.
Important Note: If you live in a place where packages can be/have
been stolen from the porch please take extra precautions such as using
the Hold For Pick-Up option mentioned in the above paragraph. My policy
is that I am not responsible for stolen packages.

Payment by Paypal. A Paypal account is not required to pay, just use a
CC to pay the Paypal invoice that I send you. No returns. No refunds
except under the live arrival guarantee.
Since 2012 I have shipped thousands of ranchu. I have a 99.99% success rate shipping ranchu to all USA locations.
After they are released into your system their health is your
responsibility.
Live arrival guarantee does not cover delays caused by the shipper.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE: If one or more ranchu arrives dead, please follow these steps exactly: take a 30-60 second clear & up-close video, or a series of clear and up-close photos, of the ranchu still in the shipping bag and email them to me within 1 hour of delivery. If the unthinkable should happen please follow the above steps and I will refund or replace the ranchu, including the cost of shipping. I reserve the right to choose refund or replace at my discretion. Live arrival guarantee does not cover delays caused by the shipper (weather, mechanical, etc). After the ranchu are released into your system their health is your responsibility.
If
you live in Hawaii please make sure you have the proper paperwork as I
will require copies to include in your box for Ag. dept. inspection (list species as carassius Auratus).
